Supervise sales operations across Pune and the rest of Maharashtra, excluding Mumbai, including Pune, Nagpur, and Goa territories. Manage four sales representatives and six to seven clinical specialists, provide people leadership, and oversee business revenue of approximately 3.5–4 million.

Designs and maintains conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise data products. Translates business requirements into scalable, governed data structures; performs data discovery, profiling, mapping, and lineage documentation. Ensures data quality, privacy, auditability, and regulatory alignment. Collaborates with engineering, architecture, platform, and business stakeholders to deliver build-ready models and improve modeling standards. Supports data warehousing, modernization, migration, and Agile delivery initiatives.

Configure and enhance Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, focusing on technical authoring, demand planning, forecasting, dashboards, workflows, automation, and process chains. Support solution design by translating supply chain requirements into technical architectures and specifications. Collaborate with global stakeholders across UK and US business hours, with exposure to supply planning, MPS, and S&OP processes.
