Owns the architecture and technical direction of a lending platform spanning loan origination, loan management, collections, underwriting, and digital channels. Defines domain models, API and event standards, data ownership, ADRs, regulatory controls, audit logging, and financial calculation practices. Integrates AI and ML models into lending workflows, governs architecture across three squads, resolves technical conflicts, and mentors senior engineers. Requires deep lending-domain experience, architecture leadership, DDD, microservices, OpenAPI, Java, Spring Boot, and AI integration expertise.

Provides first-level product and application support by troubleshooting user issues, reproducing problems, tracking bugs, coordinating resolutions, documenting FAQs, monitoring tickets, testing fixes, analyzing feedback, and preparing reports, dashboards, training materials, and knowledge-base content.

Lead the automation squad, develop shared test automation frameworks and regression infrastructure, build n8n workflows and AppSmith internal tools, establish automation governance, and drive AI adoption across the organization. The role includes mentoring engineers, prioritizing automation opportunities, managing test data and performance testing, integrating AI-assisted test generation, setting AI tooling standards, and facilitating an AI bootcamp for new hires.

Own and scale AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, monitoring, reliability, security, and incident response. Build infrastructure as code, automate deployments, manage production environments, optimize costs, and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies. Partner with engineering, QA, and security teams to improve developer experience and operational standards, while participating in on-call rotations, leading incidents, documenting procedures, and mentoring junior engineers.

Own SarvaGram’s React component library and design system, including design tokens, accessibility, Storybook documentation, contribution standards, and theming. Lead frontend architecture, performance optimization, offline-first patterns, and UI tooling across squads. Establish React and AI-assisted development standards, use Claude Design and Cursor, build AppSmith dashboards, review architecture, lead the frontend guild, and mentor intermediate engineers.

Designs and operates scalable Snowflake data platforms, including ingestion pipelines, CDC, ELT, dimensional and medallion models, warehouse administration, security, cost governance, Trino analytics, data quality, observability, and lineage. Partners with engineering, product, BI, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable reporting datasets while supporting PII protection, DPDP compliance, and RBI audit requirements.

Build and maintain shared backend platform services, SDKs, API gateway capabilities, service mesh configurations, event bus patterns, AI integrations, and observability systems. Establish API standards, contract testing, documentation, reliability practices, and SLO monitoring. The role also includes incident response, mentoring engineers, code quality ownership, and collaboration across twelve product squads to deliver secure, stable, developer-friendly platform infrastructure.

Own the Customer App’s Flutter architecture, performance, offline-first capabilities, release process, and engineering standards. Build lending, KYC, repayment, field officer, WhatsApp, and AI-enabled mobile experiences for low-end Android devices and intermittent connectivity. Drive rural UX, regional language support, crash monitoring, and progressive loading. Mentor mobile engineers and use AI-assisted development tools to establish scalable Flutter practices.

Provides technical and product support for finance and lending products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting SQL databases and Linux systems, supporting applications and ticketing workflows, building analytics dashboards, automating testing and deployments with Karate and Ansible, configuring systems, and communicating with customers. The role requires strong knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, finance products, and lending processes, with basic Java debugging experience.
