Own customer success across an assigned city by activating new dental clinics, coordinating launch events, onboarding and training clinic staff, configuring workflows, driving first scans, retaining active clients, and expanding partnerships through institutional outreach and screening camps. The role combines post-sale relationship management, community engagement, and frequent territory-based travel.

Manage daily finance and administrative operations, including bookkeeping, vendor payments, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, expense tracking, and MIS reporting. Support GST, TDS, audits, compliance records, reimbursements, vendor onboarding, and license renewals. Coordinate with field and sales teams, assist with medical device finance documentation, negotiate payment settlements, and support broader startup operations.

Onboard B2B clinic, hospital, and institutional clients; conduct product demos and training; drive adoption of scanO air and scanO engage; monitor engagement metrics; re-engage inactive customers; provide initial technical support; run communication campaigns; customize workflows; document feedback; maintain CRM records; and support webinars.
