Own embedded proxy software deployed on appliance fleets across school networks. Develop production Rust systems software from the OS layer through AWS-managed control planes, including network programming, transparent proxying, containerized appliance deployment, performance testing, profiling, and infrastructure integration. Build and maintain a Rust-based edge proxy appliance deployed across school networks. Responsibilities include systems and network programming, TCP and socket handling, transparent proxying, Embedded Linux development, containerized appliance deployment, fleet updates, performance testing, profiling, and AWS/IaC integration. The role requires production Rust experience in systems or embedded contexts and collaboration on reliable, scalable infrastructure.
