Own end-to-end HR for Securly’s Pune site, serving as the senior People leader for approximately 100 employees. Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, India statutory and labor compliance, global People program execution, talent partnership, employee lifecycle administration, reporting, leadership advising, and site culture. The role operates independently in a hybrid environment and requires collaboration with US leadership across time zones.

Own the quality strategy and automation architecture for a school scheduling and attendance platform. Build production-grade UI, API, mobile, integration, performance, and rules-engine test automation; establish CI/CD quality gates and performance baselines; develop reusable frameworks and test-data utilities; validate data integrity, permissions, concurrency, and edge cases; mentor engineers; influence architecture and testability; and participate in incident response.

Own embedded proxy software deployed on appliance fleets across school networks. Develop production Rust systems software from the OS layer through AWS-managed control planes, including network programming, transparent proxying, containerized appliance deployment, performance testing, profiling, and infrastructure integration. Work with embedded Linux, hardware-adjacent systems, constrained devices, and fleet-scale reliability.
