Own and grow an SMB / Mid-Market territory in West India. Build and manage a sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, forecast, and close full sales cycles. Engage CISOs/CIOs and channel partners, collaborate with sales engineers and internal teams, drive adoption and expansion of Sophos security solutions, and represent the brand at industry events.

Lead design, develop, test and support SAP ABAP solutions, deliver RICEFW objects, integrate SAP with third-party systems, optimize performance, produce technical documentation, mentor junior developers, and help adopt AI/automation in the SAP ecosystem.

Manage SMB channel-driven accounts (1-100 employees) in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan: drive new logo acquisition, cross-sell, renewals, quotes, and deal registrations; meet monthly/quarterly revenue goals; use Clari and Power BI to manage pipeline; communicate via phone, email, LiveChat, SMS and sales engagement tools; support partners and distributors to grow channel business.
