The Account Manager will train partners on the SOTI ONE Platform, develop Mutual Plans, manage accounts, and foster client relationships while achieving sales targets.

Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and partners, build long-term relationships, forecast account metrics, grow territory revenue, handle escalations, coordinate internal resources, and meet sales and strategic targets.

The Sales Engineer will drive revenue through consultative selling, provide pre-sales technical support, conduct presentations, and assist with product installations and internal projects.
