Troubleshoot pipeline, access, agent, integration, and deployment issues; automate platform administration; manage security controls, credentials, and secrets; develop reusable pipelines and GitOps workflows; monitor reliability and performance; support incident response, documentation, high availability, backup, disaster recovery, and developer self-service.

Supports configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Absence Management and core HCM. Configures absence plans, accruals, time-off types, organizational data, and business processes; troubleshoots system issues; manages EIB data loads; supports release reviews, audits, reporting, documentation, and testing. Partners with HR, Legal, and application teams to implement policy changes, maintain data integrity, and assess downstream impacts.

Leads Java development teams while designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable enterprise applications, REST APIs, and Spring Boot microservices. Responsibilities include architecture decisions, mentoring, code reviews, testing, CI/CD and DevOps adoption, production troubleshooting, performance optimization, security, resource planning, and delivery tracking. The role collaborates with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, cloud-ready solutions.

Develop and maintain scalable Java backend applications, REST APIs, and microservices. Integrate backend services with frontend systems and third-party platforms, write efficient code, conduct reviews, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement security measures. Collaborate with QA, product, and frontend teams while participating in Agile ceremonies, testing, documentation, and service improvements.
