Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Azure Databricks using Databricks capabilities (Unity Catalog, SQL Warehouse, Workflows, DLT). Integrate diverse data sources, implement data-migration strategies, develop secure APIs, enforce governance/security, optimize compute for cost/performance, support ML/analytics workflows, and mentor junior engineers. Collaborate cross-functionally and improve CI/CD and testing for data pipelines.

Lead BA activities for VisionPLUS-related initiatives: gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements; create functional specs, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria; manage change requests, traceability, risks, and stakeholder approvals; support testing, UAT, release readiness, and post-implementation reviews; mentor BAs and align solutions with business goals and governance in financial services contexts.

Lead QA automation efforts: design and implement test automation and strategy, mentor team members, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, evaluate and adopt new technologies, maintain roadmaps, and ensure high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.
