Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable test automation for web, mobile, and APIs. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD, mentor QA engineers, perform API and database validations, drive quality metrics, and collaborate across teams to improve test coverage and release quality.

Serve as the liaison between business, product, and technical teams within a triad model. Gather, document, and validate requirements; analyze processes; create user stories, process maps, and documentation; support prioritization, testing, and UAT; track project progress, risks, and dependencies; and use data and reporting to measure outcomes and ensure alignment with strategy and compliance.

Lead testing for VisionPLUS banking applications across modules (CMS, FAS, LMS, TRAMS, ITS). Create and execute test plans, perform functional/integration/regression/UAT, validate interfaces and data flows, log and track defects, support pre/post-deployment testing, and work with business and development teams to meet quality and timeline goals. Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes.
