Leads Java development teams while designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable enterprise applications, REST APIs, and Spring Boot microservices. Responsibilities include architecture decisions, mentoring, code reviews, testing, CI/CD and DevOps adoption, production troubleshooting, performance optimization, security, resource planning, and delivery tracking. The role collaborates with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, cloud-ready solutions.

Develop and maintain enterprise Java applications, REST APIs, SOAP services, Oracle and MongoDB integrations, and AI-powered data pipelines. Troubleshoot application, database, integration, performance, and data-quality issues; contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, deployments, and agile delivery. Use Maven, Gradle, Git, GHE, Tibco EMS, Unix/Linux tools, Devin, and GitHub Copilot while collaborating across engineering, data, QA, architecture, and operations teams.

Own HR reporting, workforce analytics, service delivery dashboards, data quality, governance, and HR-cycle reporting. Build Workday reports and Microsoft Fabric datasets integrating Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Unifai, and other HR platforms. Analyze workforce trends, SLA performance, chatbot effectiveness, compensation cycles, and regulatory data while partnering with HR, finance, IT, and business leaders to deliver trusted insights and resolve data issues.
