Develop high-performance Java and Spring Boot backend applications and deploy cloud-native systems on Azure. Design microservices, maintain CI/CD pipelines, support Docker and Kubernetes deployments, and contribute to infrastructure automation using Terraform and Helm. Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, low-latency solutions. The role requires strong Java, SQL, Hibernate, Linux, cloud, and DevOps skills, with office work required three days weekly.

Administer, support, and engineer enterprise DevOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines, artifact repositories, source control, deployment tooling, and Kubernetes environments. Troubleshoot pipeline, access, agent, integration, and deployment issues; automate platform administration; manage security controls, credentials, and secrets; develop reusable pipelines and GitOps workflows; monitor reliability and performance; support incident response, documentation, high availability, backup, disaster recovery, and developer self-service.

Supports configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Absence Management and core HCM. Configures absence plans, accruals, time-off types, organizational data, and business processes; troubleshoots system issues; manages EIB data loads; supports release reviews, audits, reporting, documentation, and testing. Partners with HR, Legal, and application teams to implement policy changes, maintain data integrity, and assess downstream impacts.
