Provide end-user technical support for PCs, laptops, peripherals and workplace technology. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues, image and manage devices via Microsoft Intune, and log incidents in ServiceNow. Maintain IT asset inventory, support conference rooms, coordinate with IT teams and vendors, and contribute to infrastructure projects. May work shifts as required.

Support Accounts Payable for North America and EMEA by processing high-volume invoices, performing 3-way matching, resolving vendor/payment discrepancies, executing electronic payments, reconciling vendor statements, supporting month-end close and audits, training junior staff, and driving AP process improvements.
