Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software across functional areas (finance, HR, manufacturing, marketing). Create prototypes, implement source code, perform unit/integration and functional testing, develop conversion and implementation plans, produce documentation, and train users.

Lead automation and analytics for internal audit: design Power BI dashboards, data analytics, and AI/RPA pilots to enhance SOX testing, control validation, anomaly detection, and continuous monitoring. Liaise with IT, business, and external auditors; coach team members; support remediation and audit transformation.

Provide end-user IT support for PCs, laptops, printers and peripherals; troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues; image and manage devices with Microsoft Intune/SCCM; log incidents in ServiceNow; maintain asset inventory; support conference-room technology; coordinate with internal teams and vendors; contribute to infrastructure projects and user training. Willingness to work shifts required.
