Requires cross-module integration expertise and travel to client locations as needed.

Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise healthcare SaaS solutions, including discovery, requirements gathering, product configuration, UAT, troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, go-live, and post-launch stabilization. Partner with healthcare clients and internal Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams. Provide workflow guidance, manage risks and dependencies, support adoption, and improve implementation processes while building strong client relationships.

Lead ServiceNow software asset management development and implementation. Manage SAM Pro, software asset lifecycles, license compliance, reconciliation, entitlements, normalization, and license metrics. Configure and develop JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, client scripts, script includes, workflows, integrations, and MID Server solutions. Support end-to-end SAM implementations and migrations while integrating CMDB and ITAM processes.
