Provides production application support and configuration for SAP FICO, resolving tickets and service requests within SLAs. Configures FI/CO modules and integrations, develops and tests solutions, collaborates with global business and vendor teams, and supports continuous improvement. The role also involves client stakeholder communication, presentations, cross-functional collaboration, and managing multiple projects.

Manage day-to-day AWS infrastructure across multiple accounts/environments, handle incidents and root cause analysis, ensure availability and performance, monitor health and costs, perform access management and patching, provision infrastructure with Terraform, detect and remediate drift, automate operational tasks, and support CI/CD-driven deployments.
