As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer works on implementing generative artificial intelligence models and may engage in projects involving deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with project goals and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle are key aspects of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices for AI model deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and deploying AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of generative artificial intelligence models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and optimize AI pipelines ensuring production readiness and scalability.
- Skilled in integrating AI solutions with various data sources and application environments.
