Angular Developer | UI/UX, Responsive Design, Automation & Enterprise Support

Job Summary
Synechron is looking for a highly experienced Front-End Developer with expertise in Angular and extensive knowledge of enterprise application development. This role involves leading the development of scalable, responsive user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating business requirements into high-quality technological solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical leadership skills and deep understanding of Angular to drive UX excellence and support the organization’s digital transformation efforts.

Software Requirements
 

Required Software Proficiency:

• Angular (latest version, e.g., Angular 20) — extensive experience in building enterprise-grade web applications supporting complex workflows

• JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript — proven ability to develop modular, maintainable, and high-performance frontend code

• HTML5, CSS3 — proficiency creating accessible and responsive interfaces supporting enterprise standards

• Version control: Git, GitHub — strong source code management and collaboration experience supporting agile development

• Build tools: Webpack, Angular CLI, NPM — supporting optimized build processes supporting fast release cycles

Preferred Software Skills:

• UI frameworks/libraries: Angular Material, Bootstrap — for component design supporting UI consistency

• Testing frameworks: Jest, Karma, Protractor — supporting unit and end-to-end testing support

• CI/CD pipelines: Azure DevOps, Jenkins support for automated deployment and testing workflows

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of responsive Angular frontend applications supporting enterprise processes

• Collaborate with UI/UX, product managers, and back-end teams to translate requirements into high-quality, scalable interfaces

• Ensure application responsiveness, accessibility, and performance standards are met across platforms and devices

• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding best practices, and optimize UI/UX support for high user satisfaction

• Automate build, deployment, and testing workflows supporting continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)

• Troubleshoot front-end issues, fix bugs, and optimize load times supporting enterprise performance standards

• Maintain detailed documentation of UI architecture, component design, and operational guidelines

• Keep abreast of latest industry trends, frameworks, and best practices for UI/UX development supporting enterprise standards

• Familiarity with automated testing support in enterprise environments supporting high-quality standards

• Industry experience supporting scaled deployment environments or enterprise applications in regulated sectors (preferred)

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Angular components, pages, and modules supporting operational workflows

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product owners, and backend teams to translate requirements into functional interfaces

• Conduct code reviews, perform performance optimization, and automate testing support workflows

• Support CI/CD pipelines supporting rapid, reliable releases supporting enterprise agility

• Troubleshoot UI issues, improve load times, and ensure compliance with accessibility and security standards

• Maintain detailed documentation of UI/UX architecture, component usage, and operational procedures

• Stay informed of the latest industry trends and emerging frameworks, recommending improvements supporting enterprise standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

• 8+ years within enterprise-scale frontend development supporting scalable, accessible, and performance-driven applications

• Certifications supporting Angular or UI/UX best practices are advantageous

• Experience working within Agile teams supporting continuous delivery in enterprise environments
