What's exciting about the role
Provides expert experience in UNIX, LINUX, ORACLE(SQL/PLSQL), Docker, CI/CD, networking, payment systems, ITIL, and monitoring tools.
Skills and experience we desire
- Excellent knowledge on technologies such as UNIX, LINUX, ORACLE(SQL/PLSQL), SHELL SCRIPTING
- Good exposure in deployment activities. Used tools GIT, BITBUCKET, Jenkins, Ansible
- Docker container expertise where responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting applications deployed within Docker containers, ensuring smooth operation, resolving production issues
- TCP/IP networking knowledge
- Good understand and manage payment systems, processes, and regulations including processing transactions
- Monitoring tools like AppDynamics and Zabbix, ELK for logs analysis
- Good Knowledge & Experience in Global Service Delivery (i.e. Release to Production, Incident & Service Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Performance reporting, testing in UAT, Application Monitoring and Escalations) on ITIL process.
