AWS Analytics Engineer

Supports quarterly operational data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting. Investigates customer-reported data for revenue leakage, delivers performance analytics, resolves customer inquiries, provides training, documents issues, supports finance updates, and contributes to system enhancements and process improvements. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities.

Lead end-to-end telecom regulatory compliance and product certification for Ericsson products in India. Manage MTCTE, ITSAR, TEC, NCCS, NSDTS, WPC, DPL, testing, documentation, renewals, submissions, and regulatory records. Coordinate with laboratories, regulators, suppliers, and internal technical teams on quotations, equipment, shipments, test execution, and certification milestones. Assess product applicability, identify technical and regulatory risks, and drive mitigation and approval activities through closure.

Provide technical leadership to enterprise customers, own technical sales processes, qualify opportunities, build trusted stakeholder relationships, and deliver sales pitches, presentations, and whiteboards. The role requires extensive sales engineering or systems integration experience, hands-on networking and security expertise, and the ability to demonstrate enterprise cloud security and AI-powered solutions.
