1. Architectural Modeling & Technical Delivery
• Oversee and execute high-quality architectural BIM modeling from schematic design (SD) through construction documentation (CD).
• Translate architectural sketches, PDFs, and design concepts into precise, parametric 3D models and comprehensive construction drawings.
• Author and manage complex architectural families, templates, and project parameters to ensure model agility and data integrity.
RequirementsTechnical Mastery: • Expert-level command of Autodesk Revit Architecture, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD. • Experience with computational design tools (e.g., Dynamo, Rhino/Grasshopper) for workflow automation is highly preferred. • Deep understanding of building materials, detailing, construction documentation, and how architectural intent interacts with structural and MEP systems.

• Establish and enforce strict BIM protocols (LOD 100 to LOD 500) aligned with global standards like ISO 19650.
