We seek an experienced Corporate Communication Associate to join our team in ND, India office. This role will report to Internal Communications Lead and support the planning and execution of internal communication strategies to inform, involve, and inspire ZSers. Additionally, create, edit, and distribute content across various internal channels to ensure clear and consistent messaging.

Corporate Communications Associate (Internal Communications)
We seek an experienced Corporate Communication Associate to join our team in ND, India office. This role will report to Internal Communications Lead and support the planning and execution of internal communication strategies to inform, involve, and inspire ZSers. Additionally, create, edit, and distribute content across various internal channels to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
What You'll Do:
- Assist the team with writing and assimilating content for employee communication.
- Support the team in developing and executing effective plans to roll out the messaging on the digital signage at the different office locations (Bengaluru, Chennai, New Delhi, Noida, Pune)
- Assist the team in program management, designing, implementing, and playing a role in navigating town halls and roadshows
- Support the team in building and maintaining relationships with vendors and agencies
- Ensure communication meets company goals and builds community
- Foster trust and strong relationships with key stakeholders for effective internal communication
- Help ensure consistency of messaging across all internal communications between the India offices
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, or related field; master's degree (MA/MS/MBA) preferred
- 1-3 years relevant work experience in multi-national professional services environment with demonstrated experience in the scope of this role
- Strong writing, editing and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools (e.g., SharePoint, Viva Engage/Yammer, Canva, Adobe etc.)
- Strong content creation skills
- Experience of having worked on employee communications programs that achieved results
- Ability to multi-task with strong prioritization skills
- Understanding and experience in all key channels. Experience in leveraging social media for internal communication will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of shooting videos will be a bonus
- Fluency in English
