Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves spearheading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects by coordinating efforts across various teams and stakeholders, ensuring that the applications meet the desired specifications and quality standards. The position demands proactive communication and problem-solving to address challenges that arise during development, while continuously refining and optimizing the software solutions to align with evolving requirements and business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components by managing tasks effectively.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Building Tool.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application architecture.
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software applications.
- Ability to work with configuration management and version control systems.
- Familiarity with integration of various software components and third-party services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software design and implementation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Building Tool.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
