Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Solutions.
- Strong experience in software design and development using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to apply agile methodologies effectively in software development projects.
- Experience in integrating software components with existing enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within software applications.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques to enhance software scalability and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management Solutions.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
