Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 1+ years
- Strong experience with ETL Concepts and SQL.
- Hands on working experience in Tableau.
- Experience in job monitoring and tracking scheduled tasks.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with development and infrastructure teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve business queries and service requests.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide updates to customers and teams.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift rotation to ensure continuous monitoring and support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and monitor ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure seamless data integration and accurate data flow.
- Write and understand medium to high complexity SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.
- Track and manage scheduled jobs, ensuring they run smoothly and troubleshooting when necessary.
- Address and resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.
- Monitor ticket progress and provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their queries or issues.
- Use strong analytical skills to identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
