Job Description: EUC Ops Analyst
What you will do:
As an EUC Ops Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting end-user computing operations, ensuring efficient and effective IT service delivery. You will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining systems, and supporting users in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
How you will do it:
- Provide first-level technical support for end-user computing issues.
- Assist in the deployment and management of end-user devices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Participate in troubleshooting user-reported incidents and problems.
- Support the implementation of IT projects related to end-user computing.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and user requests.

- 0-1 year of experience in IT support or related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
