Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js and React.js to support enterprise applications through designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web solutions. This role requires leading end-to-end development, integrating APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality products. The candidate will contribute to the full software lifecycle, support deployment automation, and ensure system scalability and security aligned with organizational standards and industry best practices.

Software Requirements
 

Required Software Proficiency:

  • Node.js (latest LTS version, e.g., Node 16 or 18) — extensive experience in server-side development supporting enterprise systems

  • React.js (latest stable version) — strong skills in creating responsive, user-centric front-end applications

  • JavaScript (ES6+) — proficiency for both front-end and backend scripting support

  • Version control: Git, GitHub — proven collaboration, code management, and branching strategies support

  • Build tools: Webpack, Babel, NPM — supporting front-end build, packaging, and deployment support

Preferred Software Skills:

  • Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP — experience supporting deployment, scaling, and cloud-native support (preferred)

  • CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps — automation pipelines supporting continuous integration and delivery

  • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes — experience deploying in containerized environments supporting scalability

Overall Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and support scalable front-end and back-end applications using React.js and Node.js

  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and support seamless API integration with internal and third-party systems

  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to implement comprehensive features supporting operational needs

  • Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and uphold coding standards focusing on maintainability and security

  • Support automated build, testing, and deployment workflows supporting CI/CD practices

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system, performance, and security issues proactively

  • Support cloud deployment, container orchestration, and environment automation to ensure scalability and operational robustness

  • Create and maintain documentation including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and operational instructions

  • Drive continuous process improvements, adopting new tools, frameworks, and best practices supporting enterprise agility

  • Supporting automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment in enterprise environments supporting high availability

  • Industry experience supporting regulated environments (e.g., financial services) supporting compliance and security standards

  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams in agile delivery environments supporting continuous improvement

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Develop and maintain React.js front-end components and Node.js back-end services supporting enterprise solutions

  • Collaborate with UX/UI and backend teams to design and implement new features supporting operational workflows

  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security enhancements in support of product quality

  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment support

  • Troubleshoot system, API, and deployment issues, providing quick resolutions and root cause analysis

  • Support cloud deployment, environment setup, and container orchestration supporting system scalability

  • Document system architecture, code, API definitions, and operational procedures

  • Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to support iterative delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

  • 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise-scale full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js

  • Certifications supporting cloud platforms or full-stack frameworks (preferred)

  • Proven ability to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications supporting business growth
