Responsibilities include mapping and redesigning HR workflows, configuring HRIS approvals and self-service processes, supporting requirements gathering, testing, data migration and deployment, monitoring workflow performance, documenting SOPs, and collaborating with HR, technology teams, and vendors to drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for a tech-savvy and people-oriented Junior HR professional to support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The role will focus on HR automation, employee engagement, HR analytics and digital HR processes, with a strong emphasis on using Zoho People and other HR technology to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Support onboarding, induction, probation and exit processes through Zoho People.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, trackers and HRIS data.
- Support HR automation and workflow improvements across employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing and team-building initiatives.
- Support training programmes, performance reviews and employee development activities.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine employee HR queries and coordinate resolutions.
- Support recruitment activities such as pre-joining processes.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards and MIS using Zoho People and Excel.
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies and processes across India and UK teams.
- Identify opportunities to digitise, automate and improve HR processes.
RequirementsSkills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Comfortable working with HRIS/HRMS platforms, preferably Zoho People.
- Good Excel and HR reporting/MIS skills.
- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in HR automation and digital transformation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR activities.
- Ability to handle employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.
