Job Description

Purpose of the role

To manage and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, processes, technologies and standards for all IAM functions to ensure the secure access and use of sensitive information across the organisation. 

Accountabilities

  • Collaboration with stakeholders and IT teams to understand, analyse and implement IAM solutions into the banks process and infrastructure needs including authentication, authorisation, access management and single sign-on capabilities.
  • Management and development of policies, processes and standards for all essential IAM functions aligned to the banks security and regulatory requirements.
  • Execution of IAM audits to monitor processes and ensure that they comply with policies and regulations and identify potential security risks.
  • Execution of incident investigations to respond to IAM related security events, identify the root cause of the incident and implement corrective measures efficiently.
  • Identification of emerging IAM technologies and industry trends by collaborating with networks and conferences to gain IAM expertise and best practice.
  • Development of IAM governance documents and reports to align the implementation and adherence of policies across the organisation.

You will harness cutting-edge technology to build and manage robust, scalable and secure infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of our digital solutions.

To be successful as a PAM Onboarding Analyst, you should have experience with:

  • Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms, including ESaaS and  Observe.
  • Hands-on experience with logging and monitoring solutions, particularly ESaaS and Observe, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain watchers, alerts, and monitoring use cases.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate effectively across multiple teams, including Technology, Risk, Audit, and Control functions.
  • Experience in handling audit inquiries, supporting evidence collection, and ensuring adherence to internal controls, policies, and compliance requirements, including KRI/KCI reporting and control monitoring.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

  • Knowledge of running SQL queries, MS Excel, documentations.
  • Experience with incident management, ticketing systems (e.g., RITM/JIRA), and governance workflows
  • Analytical mindset with focus on root cause analysis, control improvements, and automation opportunities

You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
