Summary: Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation. As an Infra Implementation Services Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving the implementation of Infrastructure Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, utilizing our global delivery capabilities, and optimizing methods, tools, and training resources to enhance project outcomes. You will engage with stakeholders to align project goals and facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and meet the established objectives. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure clarity and continuity. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. Proficiency in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
