KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate HR Administrative tasks.
- Assist in Employee Engagement Programs.
- Maintain Employee Records Create Flyers & Videos.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to employee engagement and retention.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of employee relations and HR administration practices is an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
