Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for the Icertis Contract Management system.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to contract creation, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions within the Icertis platform.
Assist with system configuration, updates, and testing of new releases or patches.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Document support issues, resolutions, and best practices to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
Coordinate with the Icertis product support team and other IT departments for escalations and complex problem-solving.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on Icertis functionalities and best practices.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements.
Support data integrity and compliance by ensuring contracts and metadata are accurately maintained.
