Lead and develop training and development strategies, create training materials, identify training needs, and evaluate training programs to align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Developtraininganddevelopmentstrategieswith business heads, considering both immediateandlong-termorganizationalgoals.
- Designandcreatetrainingandcoursematerials.
- Review and select appropriate training materials.
- Plan,directanddelivertraininganddevelopmentinitiatives, includingnewjoiner inductions,tomeet organizationalgoals.
- Identifyandassessfutureandcurrenttrainingneedsthroughjobanalysis,careerpaths, annualperformanceappraisalsandconsultationwithlinemanagers.
- Developingindividualtrainingprogramsto address skillsgapidentifiedthroughtraining needsanalysis.
- Apply varioustrainingmethodslikeaudiovisualaids,classroominstructions,practical training,role-playing,groupdiscussion.
- Identifyandengagewithexternaltrainers andexecutivecoachesas needed, bringingthemonboardtodelivertraining/coaching.
- Designandimplement appropriatee-learningstrategies.
- Promoteanopenknowledge-sharingenvironmentthatbuildsknowledge,skills,and services forthebenefitoftheorganization.
- Monitor,evaluateandrealign trainingprograms to ensure they are currentandeffective.
- Maintainakeenunderstandingoftrainingtrends,developments,andbestpractices.
Required Skills, Education, Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or an MBA with specialization in Human Resources/Learning and Development
- Proven track record of implementing learning and development initiatives at a technology company, preferably in the Fintech sector
- Minimum of 8 years' experience creating and delivering training programs in a multinational environment.
- Other training/coaching certifications an advantage
- Experience of training needs analysis and the design of training interventions
- Excellent presentationskills and the ability to create engaging Powerpoint presentations
- Expert-level fluencyinEnglishandHindi, spoken and written
- Proficient inMicrosoftWord,Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of a range of delivery methods, including online, hybrid, in-person and video content
- Proficient with Learning Management technology
- Excellent people and communication skills and the ability to connect with audiences at all levels and from all over the world
- Passionate about learning and development and creative in thought and expression when it comes to designing training programs
- Positive,can-doattitude
- Adobe Captivate skills an advantage
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Able to deliver training modules effectively using the best industry practices and techniques
- A strong network of coaches and trainers
- Open to travel to other office locations in India, as and when required
