We seek a highly motivated and skilled Content Migrator Supervisor to lead our offshore team in efficiently migrating content for various projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, proven experience in content migration, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of content migrators effectively. This position reports to the Content Manager.

What your impact will look like here:

  • Lead and supervise an offshore team of content migrators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful content migration.
  • Oversee the content migration process, ensuring accurate and organized transfer of content according to project requirements and standards in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure the team's compliance with web accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG) to guarantee an inclusive and user-friendly digital experience for all users.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in HTML to handle and remediate content migration markup issues efficiently, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Collaborate closely with the content team manager on specifications and timelines, ensuring seamless content migration.
  • Conduct quality checks and reviews to verify the accuracy and integrity of migrated content, promptly resolving any issues.
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities for content migrators to improve their HTML skills and content migration techniques.
  • Act as the main point of contact for content-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with stakeholders for resolutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, updates, and advancements in HTML and content migration techniques to keep the team current.

  • Have a strong understanding and ability to use grammatically correct English, following standard conventions of spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure, appropriate for formal writing situations.
  • Proven experience in content migration and management, with a strong emphasis on leading and supervising teams.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in HTML, enabling efficient content migration and understanding of web structures.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and other related tools for content migration.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and motivate team members.
  • Excellent attention to detail and meticulous approach to quality assurance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
  • Prior experience with web accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
