OverviewThe Marketing Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in executing and managing the operational aspects of our marketing efforts. This role focuses on CRM management, lead lifecycle, and marketing automation tools to ensure smooth and efficient marketing operations. This role reports to the Digital Marketing Lead, APAC.
Responsibilities- CRM Management: Managing the lead lifecycle, ensuring accurate tracking of marketing opportunities in the CRM
- Running operational reports related to lead lifecycle stages in the CRM (Net New > MQL > SAL > SQL) as part of overall regional marketing funnel monitoring activities
- Marketing Automation: Manage Marketo operations, including layout design, lead uploads, housekeeping, trigger management, and supporting email requests.
- Lead enrichment: Leverage ZoomInfo to enhance lead data quality in the CRM by appending firmographic and contact details, ensuring accurate segmentation and routing across lifecycle stages (Net New > MQL > SAL > SQL).
- CMS Management: Handle translations, create landing pages for events and campaigns, and ensure content is up-to-date.
- Data Analysis: Build and enhance dashboards to track CRM data and lead performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with regional marketing teams, sales teams and sales development representative to streamline CRM and lead management operations, troubleshooting support as needed.
- MQL and SAL Aging: Ensure MQL and SAL aging remains within operational benchmarks to maintain lead velocity and conversion efficiency.
- Translations: Assist with translations using XTM and our CMS, coordinating with translation agencies.
- Additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.
- University degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in lead management, CRM deployment, and/or support within a marketing or sales department.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo).
- Details oriented.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working for a B2B company in the technology space, either as a marketing, sales, or CRM analyst or specialist
- Hands-on experience working with integrated CRM, marketing automation, lead enrichment, data deduplication systems
- Hands-on experience with one or more of these specific systems:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for lead management
- Marketo marketing automation for email and campaign management
- Microsoft Power BI for developing dashboards and data analysis
- Perfect & Merge deduplication & data cleansing solution
