Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior PMO Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead programme governance, delivery excellence, and AI-augmented project operations across our enterprise client portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the connective tissue between technical delivery teams and executive stakeholders — bringing rigour, insight, and strategic clarity to everything from day-to-day project cadence to long-range capacity planning.

This is a high-visibility role suited to someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and emerging technology — particularly the practical application of Generative AI and intelligent automation tools within a PMO context.


  • Gain detailed knowledge of the company's customers/accounts and key customer's contacts
  • Gain an understanding of both the business and technical aspects of working within the organization
  • Record and update customer's and internal stakeholders contacts lists for service outages and key contacts for other business aspects
  • Liaise with technical teams for most recent updates and gain an understanding of the outstanding deliverable and documenting the same
  • Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
  • Project planning - Keep a stock of all project engagements including the ones in pipeline for resourcing and tool planning
  • Reporting - Weekly, Monthly Trend analysis, Control Charts, Dashboards, Survey etc.
  • Documentation - Store project data and ensure its retrievable anytime.
  • Incident and Problem Knowledge - Analyze top issues and problems
  • Quality - Maintain highest quality levels on all areas.

Must Have:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in presenting to peers, clients, and the business via phone or in person.
  • Ability to take meeting minutes and provide documentation write-ups.
  • Experience in creating presentations and business documentation.
  • Analytical and Statistical thinking
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented planner.
Nice to Have:

     Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent programme management framework.

     Experience with enterprise project/portfolio management platforms (ServiceNow SPM, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira Align).

     Hands-on exposure to AI productivity tools in a professional PMO context — prompt engineering for project artefacts, AI-assisted reporting, or automated status briefings.

     Background in IT services, managed services, or digital transformation delivery for Fortune 500 clients.

     Familiarity with ITIL for incident/problem management within a PMO context.
