- Job Description
As our Product Owner, you’ll be the bridge between vision and execution. You’ll translate big-picture business goals into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring that every sprint delivers meaningful outcomes. Your decisions will shape the user experience, influence revenue growth, and inspire the development team to build with purpose.

PO, Trading Applications, FX (foreign exchange) asset class

- Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to define clear, actionable user stories.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to keep the team focused and motivated.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform product decisions.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success and guide future iterations.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for features and improvements that enhance usability and value.
- Primary skills:
- 04-09 yrs years of experience in the field of business analysis.
- Applications relating to trading, a few years of experience in FX (foreign exchange) asset class is must
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication
- Well versed with stake holder management
- Good amount of experience querying and analyzing logs / DBs
- Secondary skills
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in relevant field.
- Experience / exposure to financial domain is desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Has good communication & presentation skills.
- Ready to work from the office (3 days/week)
