Key Responsibilities
· Scheduling of customer and internal resources for Implementation and Professional Services
· Collaborate with other departments to resolve any customer queries
· Monitor and report on progress of assigned campaigns and activities
· Support weekly reviews by providing timely updates on tasks and highlighting any blockers
· Ensure revenue related data is tracked and accurately recorded for reporting and forecasting
· Assist with creating and updating instruction manuals and process documentation
· Provide administrative support across Implementation and Professional Services, including documentation, data entry, and coordination tasks
· Maintain accurate records in business systems
