Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Requirement Gathering:
- Document and validate requirements with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Operation managers, PM and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and requirements.
Project Management:
- Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project management software.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in a business analysis role.
- Experience in a HVAC industry may be preferred.
