Job Title: RPGLE Business Analyst

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced RPGLE Business Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise in legacy systems and banking/financial applications.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in RPGLE / AS400
- Good understanding of Business Analysis (BRD, FRD, user stories)
- Experience with IBM iSeries / AS400 environment
- Knowledge of SQL / DB2
- Exposure to maintenance, enhancement, and migration projects
Good to Have:
- Experience in Banking / Financial Services
- Understanding of batch processing & legacy systems
- Agile / Scrum exposure
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Prepare functional specifications (BRD/FRD)
- Work closely with development teams on RPGLE-based systems
- Support testing, UAT, and production issues
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
