Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ QA Engineer with strong manual testing expertise to support enterprise Salesforce CPQ implementations and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing complex Salesforce CPQ solutions, including pricing, quoting, approvals, contracts, amendments, renewals, and integrations with ERP and Billing platforms. This is a business-critical role requiring both strong QA skills and a deep understanding of revenue operations workflows. 

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing & Quality Assurance

• Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases.
  
• Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test data.
  
• Validate business requirements and user stories during sprint cycles.
  
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
  
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release validation activities.
  
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and business users.
  

Salesforce CPQ Testing

• Test Salesforce CPQ configurations and customizations.
  
• Validate pricing calculations and discounting logic.
  
• Test product bundles, options, dependencies, and exclusions.
  
• Validate approval workflows and quote generation.
  
• Verify contract creation, amendments, renewals, and subscription changes.
  
• Execute end-to-end Quote-to-Cash testing.
  

Integration Testing

• Validate integrations between Salesforce CPQ and:
  
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
  
• Salesforce Billing
  
• Revenue Cloud
  
• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms
  
• External APIs and middleware solutions
  

Required Qualifications

Salesforce CPQ Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ testing experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes.
  
• Experience testing enterprise-scale Salesforce CPQ implementations.
  
• Ability to independently create and execute test scenarios.
