Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant. AI, Innovation and Modeling team works on AI-driven solutions and models for Wells Fargo. These solutions include Predictive AI models, Fraud detection models, NLP and GenAI models. The AI Execution and GenAI adoption within AIM team enables the adoption of these models, drives the AI pipeline for the team and takes care of strategic decisions, reports and routines. This team is seeking a senior business execution consultant to drive some of these strategic programs and processes within the business unit.

In this role, you will:
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.
- In this role, your key responsibilities will include: Responsible for end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end.
- Exercise judgment to guide and define project plans, budgets, resolution of issues and ensure project tasks are completed according to established timelines along with reporting the risks related to immediate deliverables and ensure pro-active measures to seek guidance wherever required.
- Supports complex project plans and budgets, understands complex problems and focuses on bringing issues to resolution with guidance if required, escalating as necessary to meet timelines
- Demonstrates ability to represent and hold conversations, drive outcomes with stakeholders and navigate through large organizations
- Experience in problem analysis and reporting, solution implementation, and change management
- Collaborate and consult with subject matter experts, sponsors, stakeholders, project roles, direct managers, program leads, project individuals, risk managers, business partners and outside vendors.
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor Degree in quantitative field, Masters degree in business preferred
- 7-10 years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Good understanding of basics of AI/ ML and Analytics
- Good analytical skills in creating PowerBI dashboards, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.
- Understanding of Industry standard Project Management methodologies, frameworks (e.g., Agile, SDLC or MDLC), and processes
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills; strong understanding of core enterprise functions and capabilities
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with strategic business focus and vision as well as process orientation and enforcement.
- Understanding of data analysis, and performing analysis using multiple data sources using MS Excel or equivalent tool
- Candidates must be willing to work in shift to overlap with US stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft suite of tools; Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience in creating storytelling decks and executive reports.
- Experience implementing organizational procedures, operations, and applicable compliance rules and regulations across a broad number of teams and processes.
- Ability to overlap with US morning hours for partner discussion, business calls, etc.
