Lead and manage end-to-end contract data migration projects: discover and locate contract files and metadata, extract and structure mandatory data, perform uploads, run quality checks and UAT with clients, and track and resolve migration issues.

Lead contract data migration projects by managing document extraction, system uploads, and quality checks for our clients.
Your Impact & What You'll Do
- Manage Projects: Oversee multiple contract migration projects from start to finish.
- Lead Discovery: Work with clients to locate contract files, metadata, and key details.
- Extract & Structure: Pull mandatory contract data and organize documents into proper structures.
- Upload & Test: Perform actual data uploads, conduct quality checks, and lead testing (UAT) with clients.
- Fix Issues: Track and resolve any data or migration errors.

- Senior Experience: 6–10 years of experience in contract review and data uploads.
- Tool Expertise: Strong knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and legal project tools.
- Legal Background: A Law degree (Bachelor's or Master's) is preferred.
