• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong computer/IT literacy required

• Builds and maintains Professional Services Partner relationships.
• Focuses on India partner support; coordination with international partners may be required
• Supports internal stakeholders with partner quotes and in region requests to ensure qualified partners are utilized for services engagements
• Participates in and operates in alignment with the rest of the partner team, following established processes and helping to improve or establish new ones
• Participates in partner issue escalation and deactivation
• Works with practice team to ensure technical vetting of partners
• Supports and evangelizes the partner program across the India region.
• Assists in SOW contract financial negotiations pre and post sales.
• Monitors and supports partner compliance with India-specific requirements (e.g., GST-compliant invoicing, statutory contracting terms) in coordination with Legal and Finance
