This centre will deliver mission critical data services to its global customers powered by its proprietary cloud-based technology platform and leveraging proprietary business & consumer databases. General Summary:


The Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Enterprise Sales Division by managing the end-to-end development of RFP responses and sales proposals. This position owns the intake, timeline, content orchestration, approvals and quality - delivering persuasive, on-brand responses that showcase solution value, ROI, and Data Axle differentiators. Acting as a trusted partner to sales and account management teams, ensuring the creation of compelling, high-quality proposals that effectively position our solutions for new and existing clients.

Essential Job Functions: *
1. Lead the end-to-end pursuit management for RFPs/RFIs and related client requests; drive version control, compliance matrices, team reviews, executive approvals, and on-time delivery of customized proposals.
2. Translate client needs into compelling solution narratives and data-driven storytelling in partnership with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solution SMEs.
3. Partner with Enterprise Sales on proactive proposals and executive presentations that advance pipeline velocity and win rate.
4. Maintain and continuously improve content libraries (Responsive/Highspot), templates, and boilerplate; instrument feedback loops and win-loss signals to evolve our proposal playbook.

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
1. Expert project management skills across multiple, concurrent pursuits; deadline-driven with flawless attention to detail.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to craft persuasive sales content.
3. Working fluency in data-driven marketing and omnichannel technologies; comfortable partnering with subject matter experts (SME’s) to shape solutions.
4. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
5. In-depth knowledge of sales enablement and/or project management, data driven marketing solutions, marketing technologies, and agency services.

Preferred Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Certification: *


1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
2. 5-7 years in proposal management, sales enablement, or adjacent project/program roles; enterprise B2B experience preferred.
3. Experience working with enterprise sales teams in the marketing technology or data services industry preferred.
4. Experience innovating with AI to improve processes and content quality
5. Proven successful experience supporting Executives and senior level Business Development Representatives

Scope of Job: (different for each position)
1. No direct or indirect reports. Will work across multiple teams to ensure proposal success
2. No supervisory responsibility: General direction received from Director, Sales Enablement.
3. Working conditions are good, with some travel for sales meetings or industry events, and a consistent workweek.
4. Errors are not always detectible and may be serious and costly.
5. Contact with others inside and outside the Company is regular and frequent.
6. Some access to confidential company and client data.
