Lead architectural projects by aligning with client requirements, coordinating interdisciplinary teams, managing timelines, producing MIS reports and documentation, monitoring progress, ensuring QA/QC, and delivering error-free BIM/CAD deliverables on schedule.
- Client Alignment: Deeply understand client requirements and ensure all project outputs align perfectly with specified expectations.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate effectively within internal teams and across various departments to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Timeline Management: Adhere strictly to predefined delivery timelines and ensure the timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, project-specific documentation, and accurate timesheets.
- Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor project progress and maintain meticulous documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous quality standards, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed customer specifications and the internal QA/QC process.
- Error Mitigation: Apply strong attention to detail to ensure zero-error delivery to clients.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD 3D, and other BIM software's
- Standards: Strong understanding of international building codes, construction methodologies, and architectural standards. (US Work experience will be an added advantage)
- Resilience: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines while maintaining absolute accuracy.
