Role Overview

The Senior Associate List Analyst is an experienced individual contributor role responsible for the independent execution of standard list conversion, data quality analysis, and reporting activities across multiple accounts.

This role represents the highest level of technical responsibility within the Pune List Conversion function and serves as a key progression role toward global List Conversion Specialist positions. The Senior Associate List Analyst operates with minimal supervision, consistently delivers accurate and timely output, and supports workflow stability across the global delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

Data Processing & Quality Assurance

• Independently execute data file conversions using standard conversion processes for assigned work.
• Perform quality analysis of processed data files to ensure adherence to defined specifications, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Execute QA reviews of automated conversion outputs using established QC reports.
• Take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of assigned data processing tasks.

Operational Execution

• Independently claim and manage assigned data files and rotating account workloads.
• Execute daily and final report processing through approved systems and interfaces, meeting established timelines.
• Support geo builds, onboarding conversions, and defined account setup activities within approved scope.
• Participate in system-driven workflows such as iTrack setup using documented guides.
• Monitor work in progress and proactively identify risks, delays, or quality issues for escalation through defined channels.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work proactively with internal teams, including List Conversion, Account Operations, and mentors, to resolve processing or quality-related issues.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders to support seamless workflow execution.
• Build and maintain positive and productive working relationships across the global delivery organization.

Continuous Improvement & Readiness

• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
• Demonstrate initiative in identifying recurring issues or opportunities for process improvement.
• Remain current on updates to systems, tools, interfaces, and workflows through active participation in training and knowledge-sharing activities. 

Scope of Responsibility

• Owns execution quality and delivery timelines for assigned data processing work.
• Operates independently on standard workflows without second-check requirements.
• Does not own direct client communication, SLA commitments, IT/system changes, or final production sign-off authority.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the Data File Conversion Technical Training Program.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with effective follow-up and accountability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet short-term deadlines.
• Proficiency with data processing tools, quality controls, and report validation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of PC-based tools and mainframe systems.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• Typically 2+ years of experience in data processing, quality analysis, or related operational roles.
