Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple brands, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, maintain talent pipelines, track hiring metrics, enhance candidate experience, promote employer branding, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives using Pinpoint and other HR technologies.
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in our Pune office. An exceptional communicator capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, you will carry out end-to-end recruitment activity across our various market-leading brands to ensure the business has the key talent it needs to compete and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding. ·
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and a professional process.
- Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles to meet future hiring needs.
- Data and Metrics: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels, including social media and industry events.
