Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies, source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, manage ATS trackers, negotiate offers, reduce post-offer drop-offs, report hiring progress, and support employer branding and process improvements.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end recruitment process, work closely with business stakeholders, and play a key role in building high-performing teams.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple
functions and business units.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role
requirements and define effective hiring strategies.
- Source quality candidates using various platforms
(LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates to ensure
a strong talent pipeline.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a
smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers / ATS
regularly.
- Drive offer negotiations and manage post-offer
engagement to reduce drop-offs.
- Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders
on hiring progress.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
and process improvements.
RequirementsKey Skills & Experience:
- 4–7 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience in tech hiring.
- Proven sourcing expertise through multiple
channels.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
skills.
- Experience with ATS / recruitment tools (e.g.,
Zoho) is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities
simultaneously.
