About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will lead a dynamic team of AI engineers and full stack developers - to design, develop, and deliver scalable AI-driven products and web applications. You will own the end-to-end execution of technical programs, from planning and architecture to deployment and optimization, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI/ML models, data pipelines, and full-stack applications.
- Drive program strategy, planning, and execution across multiple AI and software engineering initiatives.
- Partner with Data Science, Cloud Infrastructure, and Product Management teams to define program objectives and success metrics.
- Oversee architecture reviews, POCs, and solution scalability for AI and application systems.
- Define, manage, and communicate project roadmaps, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum/SAFe) and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and empower engineering teams to improve delivery velocity, collaboration, and innovation.
- Track and report on program KPIs, resource utilization, and delivery health to executive leadership.
- Foster collaboration between AI research and engineering teams to move models from prototype to production.
- Ensure cloud-based deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP) meet standards for reliability, security, and cost-efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
- Strong background managing AI/ML or data-centric engineering teams.
- Proven experience delivering cloud-native applications and AI/ML solutions in production.
- Understanding of Python-based full-stack frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI, React/Node.js).
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools and workflows (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLOps, model deployment).
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud ecosystems.
- Deep knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodologies; certified Scrum Master or PMP preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (AI, software, DevOps, data engineering).
- Understanding of MLOps pipelines, CI/CD, and API-driven architectures.
- Exposure to data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Passion for innovation, emerging AI technologies, and scalable architecture design.
