As a Trade Lifecycle Specialist IV within our Nostro Reconciliations team in the Securities Finance operation, you will have the opportunity to investigate and promote the resolution of exceptions. Job responsibilities:
- Coach and provide feedback to managers, team leaders, and team members to exceed key performance indicators.
- Conduct annual performance reviews.
- Handle and resolve escalations from external and internal parties.
- Perform primary and secondary reviews, including high-value transactions processed by the team.
- Act as the team's point of escalation and liaise with various internal teams to resolve issues timely.
- Understand risk management to manage issues and exceptions above materiality thresholds.
- Review and implement control changes to mitigate operational risks.
- Escalate issues to senior management as necessary.
- Attend and drive internal meetings to meet or exceed partner needs and expectations.
- Participate in client calls to understand requirements and ensure timely implementation.
- Lead process improvement and automation projects within the team.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Knowledge of financial instruments and their accounting treatment
- Good operational knowledge of Fund accounting system
- Starting professional accountancy qualification
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to partner effectively with peers, colleagues and clients
- Good oral and written communication skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience preferably in Financial Sector industry
