Provide 24x7 first-line support for server and network infrastructure: monitor systems, triage tickets, perform basic hardware and network troubleshooting, follow runbooks, document incidents, escalate to L2/L3, assist with routine maintenance, coordinate with on-site technicians and vendors, and improve operational documentation.

Troubleshoot Dell PowerEdge and Cisco equipment using iDRAC/Redfish and CLI, perform firmware and IOS/NX-OS updates, manage hardware break/fix and vendor coordination, run network health audits, enhance monitoring with SREs, mentor L1 engineers, maintain runbooks and diagrams, participate in post-mortems, and provide 24x7 on-call support for production systems.

Provide advanced L2 support for enterprise server and network infrastructure: troubleshoot Dell PowerEdge and Cisco devices, perform firmware/BIOS updates, manage hardware break/fix, improve monitoring and alerting, mentor L1 engineers, maintain runbooks/diagrams, participate in change management and post-mortems, and provide 24x7 on-call support in a global environment.

The Full Stack Engineer will design and maintain internal tooling, develop and support RESTful APIs and microservices, and work in cloud environments, ensuring performance and reliability.

Lead financial modeling, pricing and margin analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking for large clients and corporate initiatives. Drive reporting automation, scenario modeling, and present findings to management to support decision-making and improve performance.
