Lead EUC remediation, support UAT and production deployments, resolve incidents, optimize large-volume processing, and ensure regulatory compliance, auditability, documentation, and operational resilience. Collaborate with business analysts, operations, and technology teams while integrating Xceptor with platforms such as Appian and GenAI.
