Provides technical leadership and support for network management systems, routers, switches, connectivity links, and monitoring tools. Diagnoses and resolves network outages, maintains configurations and backups, deploys software upgrades, manages tickets, coordinates field service and parts, executes approved maintenance procedures, and supports root-cause analysis, process improvement, and automation.

Analyze business and customer data to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities. Build Power BI or Tableau dashboards, define KPIs, perform ad-hoc and root-cause analysis, validate data quality, and communicate actionable insights. Collaborate with business, technology, and data teams while documenting analytical methodologies, reporting logic, and KPI definitions.
