Automate functional and regression testing, create test plans and scripts, execute test scenarios, analyze results, and document test artifacts. Investigate, report, and retest defects using Jira and Rally. Use SQL for data analysis and testing, and apply SOAP and REST API testing with tools such as Swagger and Postman. Participate in Agile ceremonies, support SDLC/STLC activities, provide status reports, and collaborate with distributed development and QA teams.

Develops statistical and machine-learning models for payments, risk, fraud, lending, customer management, and digital engagement. Performs feature engineering, model validation, experimentation, SQL transformations, data reconciliation, and exploratory analysis across fragmented datasets. Translates analytical results into business insights, visualizations, and recommendations for stakeholders. Uses Python and cloud data warehouses while maintaining finance-grade accuracy for executive and regulatory reporting.
