It requires strong organization, accuracy, project support, and administrative skills.

Provides operational coordination for an editorial management solutions team, including communications, meetings, shared workspaces, feedback repositories, pilot and release tracking, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up. Supports screening projects and maintains accurate records through completion while collaborating with global teams across time zones.

Manages day-to-day peer review operations across a portfolio of research journals. Monitors editor and editorial office performance against KPIs, maintains workflow standards, identifies integrity concerns, supports remedial actions, and drives process optimization. Collaborates with analysts, publishing teams, vendors, and editorial stakeholders to improve decision speed, manuscript integrity, workflow consistency, and the author experience.
