Define and document business and system requirements for editorial/manuscript workflows, support product roadmap prioritization, assist implementation and UAT, act as contact during rollout, and drive adoption across cross-functional teams.

Build and maintain Workday, Crunchr, and other People-system integrations; create custom Workday reports and calculated fields; automate recurring reporting and data-management processes; perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and delivery; troubleshoot integrations and reporting issues; document processes; and ensure accurate workforce data across systems. Collaborate with HR Technology, People Insights, and global stakeholders while supporting analytics and AI-enabled reporting initiatives.

Lead Wiley’s chemistry journal portfolio by defining editorial strategy, developing and engaging the editorial board, commissioning influential interdisciplinary research, upholding peer-review and publishing ethics, and strengthening international visibility. The role requires collaboration across editorial, marketing, publishing, production, communications, and analytics teams, along with representation at conferences and research institutions. Focus areas include chemical engineering, renewable energy, carbon capture, climate mitigation, biofuels, bioproducts, and biorefining.
