Lead strategic development and visibility of dermatology journals; drive content acquisition and peer-review decisions; build and maintain networks of authors, reviewers, and board members; represent journals at conferences and institute visits; uphold publishing ethics and collaborate to foster a high-performance editorial team.

Manage end-to-end payroll operations across APAC, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing (base pay, stock, taxes, benefits). Support month/quarter/year-end close and journal entries, partner with HR and Finance, drive process improvements, ensure local statutory compliance and filings, support payroll system implementations and new-country setups, and resolve payroll queries with stakeholders.
